Return & Exchange Policy
At TuxedoCos, we want you to look your absolute best in our tuxedos and cosplay suits. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return & Exchange Window
- We accept return or exchange requests within [30] days from the date your package was delivered.
- Any requests made after [30] days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. General Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.
- Items with cosmetic stains, perfume scents, smoke odors, or pet hair will be rejected.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect item, wrong size, or defective product).
- Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us First: Do not send items back to the address on your package without prior authorization. Email us at [support@tuxedocos.com] with your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange (please attach photos if the item is defective).
- Receive Return Instructions: Our support team will review your request within [24-48] hours and provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. Please email us the tracking number once shipped.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within [5-7] business days.
