2. Accuracy of Custom Measurements & Sizing
- Customer Responsibility: For custom-made tuxedos, cosplay suits, and tailored garments, the buyer is solely responsible for providing accurate body measurements.
- We craft each custom item strictly according to the data submitted by the customer. TuxedoCos is not liable for any fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the buyer.
- Minor Variances: Due to the nature of handmade tailoring, you acknowledge and agree that a margin of variance up to [1 inch / 2.5 cm] between the completed garment and your submitted measurements is normal and shall not be deemed a manufacturing defect.
3. Modifications to Prices and Services
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
4. Products, Colors, and Images
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
- We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
5. Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
